All sales are final. All items are custom made-to-order as such no returns or refunds are allowed. We offer a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty with the normal residential use and care of the product.

All items must be inspected upon receipt of delivery. Should the unfortunate occur, and the items arrive with damages notate those damages on the driver's delivery receipt, take photos of damages and keep ALL original packaging to avoid repackaging fees of 35%. Send documentation to Sales@MaggieCruzHome.com within 24-hours of receipt.

Shipping is not included in the price and we estimate shipping to be 15-18% for ground small parcel shipping or Less than a truckload shipping (depending on qty ordered). If special services are required such as, but not limited to, Inside carrying by the driver, Liftgate at delivery, Appointments for delivery, kindly advise at time of order to quote correctly. Otherwise, any assessed charges will be passed on at the time of receipt. Please know, White-Glove is available and that is estimated at 25% and above of your total invoiced amount.

Color Customization

For custom color, direct us to your preferred Benjamin Moore hue by name and color code.  Please download and email the completed CUSTOM COLOR FORM to Sales@MaggieCruzHome.com detailing your invoice number/ Company Name in the subject line.

Prior to commencing production, we will provide a strike off for your approval. 1x strike is allotted per item, If more than one color is requested there will be a charge per additional color. Please note, production lead time commences upon receipt written approval of the strike-off is received by Maggie Cruz Home.

COM Customization

Complete a 1x COM Form per Item. Send completed, form with the swatch, and chosen fabric to our COM department address as detailed on the form & email a copy to Sales@MaggieCruzHome.com. Please include the tracking info in the message and indicate in the subject line: COM Form/ Invoice Number/ Company Name.

**No material is to be shipped to our headquarters. Any material received will be forwarded to the department and associated cost will be charged back to your order.**

For those COM fabrics with a repeat, please refer to the manufacturer's recommendations for yardage needed.

Production lead time begins once COM is received. Tip: If your material is on backorder we can ship the item in muslin so that you may secure a local upholsterer at your discretion and expense.
